Ain't Misbehavin'

My parents, sister, and I celebrated my sis' and my birthday Saturday night after I had flown in to Seattle. My parents had bought us tickets to go see Ain't Misbehavin' tonight at this jazz club called Jazz Alley in downtown Seattle. The club was also a fancy restaurant, so we hate dinner while watching the show. They performed on an extremely tiny stage and it was very intimate. The five actors/singers all came from New York, some of whom were in the original Broadway production, and their voices and their harmony and their genuine enthusiasm and spirit were dynamite. Perfect. It was an incredible show and evening, a perfect birthday present from my parents, for which I'm very grateful.
