Had some really good runs last week. I cycled over to the red arrow and did a 4 lap run and felt great. I also did the big long run, cycled to red arrow, then did the red to the blue and then the green, which leaves me with a 3km road run back to the start of the red to pick up the bike. Sunday was a flop though. Went to mountain bike at Smithfield. Did half a lap and got a pinch flat in exactly the same place as I got one last week!
