Its been a bad week for workouts. Last couple of weeks its done nothing but rain, which considering this is the dry season is really strange. R has been busy and is also still avoiding taking both dogs out for a walk, so Im having to do both morning and evening which doesnt leave me much of a window to get out and run. Swimming dropped off too as its been cold and rainy and the only pools here are outdoors.
I did weigh in this morning at 74.9. went for a good run and came back and weighed in again at 73.4! Wow I wonder if I loose that much water everytime i run? No wonder I get dyhydrated at night when i run in the evening.
