A combination of newly posted and older fics:

Bandom:

Zero Privacy by brooklinegirl. Frank/Gerard, NC-17, 16,200 words. Gerard likes listening to Frank jerk off. A lot. (A lot.) Fun, porny tourfic.

Too Much of Not Enough by fallintosilence and boweryd. Brendon/werewolf!Spencer, NC-17, 3,600 words. Brendon can totally win this bet. All he has to do is not jump Spencer. It's fine. No big deal. Even if it is the day before the full moon and Brendon feels like he's going to come if someone even looks at him sideways. MORE WEREWOLF!SPENCER :D It is ridiculous, the degrees to which I love this 'verse, which you don't need to read to enjoy this (but you should). As usual, the perfect combination of hotness and hilarity. Looove.

That Fork in the Road by
roebling. Brendon/Spencer, R, 17,000 words. AU where Spencer never met Ryan and plays Division 1 college baseball, and one day he meets Brendon who is kind of a rockstar and plays in a band with Ryan Ross. Awkward and tense and moody, and I loved Spencer's journey in this fic, from a very going-through-the-motions detachment to finding someone he connects with.

Unknown Quantities by
roebling. Ryan/Spencer, PG, 23,705 words, post-split. Ryan isn't sure what he's doing in LA any longer... Where the author tries (and manages ♥) to reconcile Ryan and Spencer as a pairing. Long and achy and oh, Ryan's POV, my heart. Post-split fics are simultaneously the worst and the best.

Tearing Down the Toy City by
roebling (can you tell who my Author of the Week[end] was?). Ryan/Spencer, PG-13, ~53,000 words. "What I'm trying to say, Spence, is that if you don't like the way things are going, that's fine, but if you're nostalgic for five years ago, you better give up. 2001 is not coming back. You and Ryan were never going to be fourteen forever. I think you need to figure out what you want." I'm going to steal from focusfixated's delicious tag: "brilliantly written, engaging, thoroughly enjoyable story spanning the years in which Spencer and Ryan grow up together and make it with the band. Deals with changing relationships and takes a startling look at Spencer's obsession with control that leads to a gambling problem. Heart-felt and believable." Seriously amazing Spencer POV and characterization, where Spencer is the broken one, and by the end I had to physically cover the bottom of the screen with my arm so that my eyes wouldn't skim down to read what happens next. Also featuring Smart!Brendon, ILH so much.

[Note: in both of these last two fics I was uncomfortable with the portrayal of Ryan's girlfriends. I felt that they were very in character for the POVs the author was writing from, but it also made the characters less likeable, or at least served as a reminder that they're also sometimes douchey. In both cases the author was writing very fleshed out protagonists who were therefore also very flawed, and how they treat women is unfortunately part of it. I still think both fics are excellent, but I thought I'd mention it.]

I Constantly Thank God For Dupin by moku_youbi. Spencer/Brendon, PG, ~11,000. A Brendon/Spencer retelling (sort of) of Cinderella. So cute, and aww Brendon ♥.

Only Unto Him by disarm_d. Spencer/Brendon, NC-17, 26,300 words, AU, for harlequin_bands. Spencer Smith: Virgin Bride. As a Prince(ish person), Spencer was meant to be pure in every way. He didn't know what to expect from an arranged marriage - but certainly not Brendon's incessant grabby hands. Who did this bouncy, mysterious stranger think he was? AND ARE SEXY TIMEZ EVER GOING TO HAPPEN? [Hint: it is quite likely they are.] This takes the "virgin bride" trope all the way -- Spencer really doesn't know anything at first, which made me a little uncomfortable -- but I ended up really loving the whole thing, and enjoying both the kink and the relationship between him and Brendon. A lot :D

Signs Point To Yes by bexless. Brendon/Spencer, Frank/Gerard, PG, 4,158 words. For the record, Brendon had no desire to go speed-dating at all. Hahahaha, I am endlessly in love with stories that make Brendon and Frank best friends, and here is one where Frank makes Brendon go speed-dating with him so he can stalk Creepy Comic Book Guy. Hilarious and awesome and adorable.

I Kissed A Boy (And I Liked It) by
reni_days. Brendon/Spencer, PG, 2,900 words, written for the "kiss" prompt at schmoop_bingo. It's not like anybody's going to actively complain about not making out with Brendon. People have been very happily not making out with Brendon his whole life. High school party first kisses. SO CUTE oh my god ♥__♥.

(Used To Be) Love-Drunk by
reni_days. Brendon/Spencer, NC-17, 7,000 words. Brendon and Spencer have sex, and Brendon doesn't remember what happened in the morning after. Reni writes UST like nobody's business, and there is tension and awkwardness and crushes and sex and it is, as usual, utterly delightful.

If One of us is Going to Suffer, Why Shouldn't it be me? by sinuous_curve and insunshine. Jon/Brendon, NC-17, 23,890 words. For Jon's seventeenth birthday he gets a, "Jon, Jonny, honey, you know this had nothing to do with you, don't you," a "We may not love each other anymore, but we still love you," tears sliding down his mother's cheeks, and an eyeful more than he ever wanted to see of his father's new girlfriend (waiting impatiently in the car), Sindi. Jon's pretty sure she was his babysitter when he was ten. That's just the beginning. Where Jon is broken and doesn't feel, and it's not cheesy. Jon is rarely written as anything but The Awesome Guy, and this was a really great read.

Ordinary Boys by brushstrokes. Ryan/Brendon, NC-17, 16,700 words. Ryan turns into a girl. Slow, sweet, hurty, very thoughtful sexswap fic, more about gender identity than an excuse for sex. Really lovely.

Well, you could be my by samedifference_. Brendon/Ryan + ice cubes, NC17, 4,396 words. Ryan tips his head back a little, licks his own lips, murmurs, “This is the last time,” as forcefully as he can manage. Hot and a little angsty with a side of asshole!Brendon. *Hearts*.

ETA also: Shut Up And Let Me See Your Jazz Hands by paperclipbitch (who is writing Bandom now omg \o/). Frank/Gerard, PG-13, 3855 words. Frank frowns. "Aren't we the bad guys this week? I can't keep track anymore." Lovely Killjoys fic; I really liked the way she wrote their world, and the fic in both form and content.

And SHOCKER, something that is not Bandom:

The Good Wife: you can like the life you're living (you can live the life you like) by
mardia. Will/Alicia, PG, 2,000 words. AU version of 2x01. Peter's reaching out for her, and Alicia's phone is still vibrating in her hand, Will's name on the screen. Just like the show, which is the best compliment I can give. ♥.
