Some announcements...
-I am watching dog-fighting on tv and am not outraged... well actually I am watching the "boxing" portion of the Puppy Olympics on Animal Planet. Which is actually a lot more entertaining and definitly cuter than the real thing.
-I am still kinda pissed that the media never made a big deal out of the US womens fencing team SWEEPING the medals. I mean they won all three medals in Fencing and I never saw more than just a little blurb about it.
-I have been in a good mood, but I have also been feeling really "Blah" and bored here lately. I think it might be a bit of City of Heroes withdrawl, but I think it is more that I want to go and spend time with Phyllis so much that nothing else seems nearly as enjoyable as spending time with her.
-Speaking of which, less than a week to go until I can go up to Chicago and spend a much needed four day weekend with her! YAY! I can't wait. I really want this week to go by quickly so I can go up and see her.
-And finally, Phyllis and I are (and have been) an official couple. We were doing a "friends with benefits" kinda thing for a little while. But we love and care about each other so much... that kind of relationship really didn't last long or feel right. What we have going now feels right. Feels natural and the way things are supposed to be going. And though it really sucks that we can't see each other as often as we like. We make the best of the time we do get to spend together, and in a year or so, we'll re-examine everything and decide what to do from there.
