Thankfully, I was able to go at my own pace with circuits today. We've been doing more submissions lately, so that's good. Main focus today was side control.

1. Toreado Pass Variation
Start with opponent sitting, you can either be standing or sitting
- In simultaneous fashion, do the ff:
- hand1 (side where you will pass) holds on to the opponent's knee, push inwards
- hand2 secures opponent's hip on the same side
- head drives on opponent's chest
- Finish the technique by securing side control

2. Switching sides from outside the guard
Start with opponent's legs/hips up and you have a grip on one raised leg
- Push down the leg nearer to you
- Your outer leg steps in between opponent's legs. Use your head to pin down raised leg
- Step other leg in and recompose to side control.

3. Switching sides from Side Control/Knee on Belly
- Go to knee on belly
- Place other knee on same area
- Use first leg to step out, other leg quickly follows
- Recompose to side control

4. Armbar from Side Control
Start in your Side Control with an underhook
- Cup the shoulder of the arm with an underhook
- Place foot farther from your opponent's shoulder in between your other knee and your opponent
- Slightly lift opponent to his side using his shoulder
- Other foot steps over opponent's head. You may block the head by posting your arm
- Spin around, grab opponent's leg and finish the armbar

5. Recomposing Back Mount
Start from your Back Mount, with you having a double collar grip
- When opponent tries to escape by pushing away one of the legs/hooks, immediately slip disengaged leg outside. You will end up on your side.
- Clip opponent's entire waist using your remaining leg.
- Post using your head and push opponent forward to sneak in your foot around his waist. You should end up on a sitting/base position
- Return to the regular back mount position, recompose your hooks
