Arthur C. Clarke has died
At the age of 90.
I'm glad he had a long life ("good innings," one Brit called them)...but he'll be missed.
Do any languages have a word for that?: being happy and sad at the same time about the same subject?
in any event, I'm going to sit over here and cry quietly. you're already missed, Sir Arthur.
