Leverage Plot Bunny: is Parker actually her?

I was just thinking…when Parker was getting ready to plant that transmitter in 1.01, I haven’t seen shoes like hers in… well, in the last ten or more years, the only other person with those shoes has been the 10th Doctor.
So…is Parker actually Jenny (ep spoiler: “The Doctor’s Daughter”) or Susan Foreman (the Doctor’s actual grandchild) ?
