Here's an interesting article that surfaced on IMDB.com and in the News. It's an article of how a Paparazzi Photographer was trying to take pictures of Reese Witherspoon with a group of kids and Reese Witherspoon declined:
So any time they see this rage or Psychotic Episodes, they'll automatically assume that it's derived from my personality, which isn't the case. I was the peaceful one. This is the Psychology of what people will do if you don't complain or point out mistakes people make. If you don't point out things people have done wrong, they will go on doing what they're doing thinking they're fine.
You'll see this in business. If you don't point out mistakes that your clients or companies you're doing business with, they'll just assume nothing's wrong. However, when something bad happens, you can be sure THEY will come after you and sue you when they feel THEY have been wronged.
That's why when it comes to mistakes, YOU POINT IT OUT ASAP in business. Don't assume that Friendship is going to carrry you through because when the SHIT HITS THE FAN and money is involved, friendship goes out the window. The larger the dollar amounts, the less friendship matters. All people have their tolerance limits.
I've watched clients try to sue others and when I review their cases, I've found that the people trying to sue made mistakes. However, if you don't point out those mistakes and those people think they've got a clean slate and you're the one with all the mistakes, they'll go gunning after you.
That's why you have to NIP THAT IN THE BUD. It's called COVERING YOUR ASS. Don't take chances because when it comes to negotiating and avoiding Law Suits on both sides, you want to make sure everything is on the Level.
Don't forget that if you don't point out these things, you could forget or the details could get hazy. Shrewd and savvy business people point out flaws.
Sadly enough it can go to the other extreme because business and corporations can overdo it. They'll use this same type of humbling method on employees running them ragged by pointing out all their mistakes demoralizing the employee.
This is where we come into Corporate Structures and trying to balance a tight budget. If people are confident and think they're doing a good job in the workplace, they'll ask for a raise from their boss. If they think they're doing a really good job and they're not getting what they want, they'll quit or find a a new job.
However, if managers keep their employees at bay and off center where they feel they don't do exceptional work, they won't ask for pay raises or have high expectations.
It's not that managers are deceitful. It's just Managers are like Celebrities or attractive women with numerous suitors.
Do you know why beautiful women are standoffish and frigid? It's because guys will take any look or positive glance as an invitation to approach them. Some women just don't like that. That's why they don't smile or make eye contact with people. They look the other way.
Women develop this catty nature of only checking guys out when they're not looking because it's safe. That's why Women have more Stalker-Like Behavior then guys if you think about it. Guys are just blatant. They'll whistle at a woman and do cat calls. Women will check you out with the corner of their eye. They won't give off any signals. They tend to be more secretive with their feelings and emotions in social settings.
Amusingly enough, the opposite personality will surface in intimate relationships. Once women get comfortable, then they'll tell you everything about themselves. Women do it in groups. That's why they have girlfirends. Guys do it to some extent in a chummy sort of way. However, women talk about their feelings and they can show more of a soft feminine side. Guys are conditioned not to do that among other guys.
Guys aren't touchy feely. Women are. We live in a society where guys being touchy feely is considered gay. I'm a product of that. The only guy whom I'd ever be comfortable hugging would be my best friend Scott of 23 years. I've known him since the 2nd Grade. So I'm close to him.

Witherspoon Photographer Found Dead
A paparazzo who was charged with battery and child endangerment after attempting to get a photo of Reese Witherspoon and her children at a Disney theme park has been found dead.
Friends of photographer Todd Wallace discovered his body in his Brentwood, California apartment, but his identity couldn't be confirmed because of the state of the body.
Witherspoon was celebrating her daughter AVA's sixth birthday at Disney's California Adventure, along with a group of children, when Wallace attempted to take pictures of them last September.
When the group declined to be photographed, Wallace became enraged, shoving one child and hitting another with his camera in an attempt to get shots of the star.
Two theme park employees attempted to restrain the irate photographer, and he reportedly struck them, while cursing at Witherspoon and causing some of the children to burst into tears.
Wallace was subsequently charged with six misdemeanour charges and pleaded innocent in October.
After Wallace failed to show up at a bail hearing in December a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
The photographer was also scheduled to be arraigned December 27 on an unrelated charge of petty theft but it is unclear from court records whether he attended.
