THE DIXIE CHICKS WORLD TOUR 2006
was without a doubt the best, most rewarding, exciting, absolutely incredible, amazing concert ever. in the whole world. at any time period. i don't think i stopped smiling and completely beaming throughout the whole, entire concert. it lasted two hours, but felt like two minutes. i called best friends and left voicemails with the live performance booming through the speakers, i changed the voicemail for my cell phone-it has a slight mess up, but it's amazing anyways and i'm gonna have it for a billion years. i got a shirt and a dog tag and they are gorgeous and i'm going to wear them on monday. i wish i could follow them around the world just to see all of their concerts. it was completely and totally sold out, from front row to nosebleed, and we were pretty damn close and could see them perfectly well. i had more fun than even at the rocky horror picture show shadowcast in L.A., if you can possibly imagine that. this was BY FAR the most fun i've ever had in my entire life.
PLUS, the dixie chicks sounded even BETTER live than on any cd, which is almost unheard of. their cds are purely their voices without any special something to make them sound better. i don't know how i'll ever be able to go to another concert [but theirs if they have another one in a few years..] because i'll always be comparing it to this one, and this one was unbeatable, top of the line perfection.
