Christmas was wonderful.Colton and Daphne were definitely spoiled by my parents and by my brother and sister. My parents were able to come in from North Carolina and my brother and his wife came in from Delaware. Jay and I spent Christmas morning with the kids, then my parents came at lunch time, and my brother at dinner time. I refused to cook

We got about 5 inches of snow and our power went out.. figures!

A BEET! That makes perfect sense! We kept trying to think of purple vegetables and rhubarb was all I could come up with. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
