SOO I'm going to assert myself at work.
Explanation:
I work at a dog daycare. I balance between picking up shit, puke, pee and many other things and office work, dealing with money and basic cleaning.
I love my job. I would rather be there than any restaurant. I don't get paid a lot.. but I take pride in the place. We're different and i like it.
We hired a new girl to help with daycare and another girl to help with the grooming. This day care girl has been trained and was thrown into work when I left town for vacation. She has messed up. She didn't pull files. She didn't lock the back door. She dresses kindof inappropriatly and doesn't do well with the costumers.
PJ (my boss) calls me and tells me she doesn't trust her to close by herself so she wants me to work 9-2 and then again 4-6 to make sure she closes correctly.
I am going to take advantage of the situation.. let PJ know that I am willing to do fulltime.
If shes willing to pay someone else to work the hours I'm not there.. why not keep paying me (who she trusts.. right?)
