Dean/Anna is one of my very favorite spn rarepairs and the artist captures the principle reasons for my love--how tender and gentle they are with one another, and how deeply Anna cares for Dean's poor post-Hell soul. Everything about this piece is beautiful. Even if mpreg isn't your thing, the emotional resonance between the characters is genuine and, I think, reflects something of their canonical relationship.
