After several weeks of working long hours and sometimes six day weeks, I finally have a bit of time off. The problem is, now that I finally have this time, I am feeling so burned out that I cannot seem to focus, especially on my writing. I have four days to finish my Redux that is going nowhere (in my head, fine, onto the paper? Not happening).
I have so many tasks I've put off all these weeks while I had to work, that I feel them piling up and threatening to crush me.
How do all of you handle it when: A) you have serious writer's block, or B) are feeling very stressed and overwhelmed?
Because it appears I could use some new coping techniques.
