Yep, we're through the worst part of the storm and we still have power. I think we'll do okay. Now to see if we can get someone to plow out our driveway!

Best/weirdest part of this time of year is coming home and pouring peroxide on your hands and watching dozens of needle-point pinholes bubble up. I've been doing this for so long that I don't even notice when the thorns pierce my skin anymore LOL. Always blows my mind.

Wow. That's crazy. I would be one big hive, I'm sure. I'm so allergic to all that stuff. I got hives on my feet from walking on freshly mown hay once. Ugh. I'm glad you don't even notice though!
