I am so happy the week is almost over. I am ready for the weekend!!
I'm going to Kentucky tomorrow night. Matt's 10 year HS reunion is on Saturday, and I haven't been to his house since May! Christin is about ready to have Juliana, and I want to see her super-preggers, before she pops. :D
I really haven't done much the last few weeks.
The weekend Jesi was home, we went to MV. Matt went with us to the ballgame that Friday night, then he flew to CA for a show. Then he met us in Marion after church on Sunday. Poor guy didn't get much sleep that weekend.
The weekend after that (9th/10th) was my 10 year HS reunion. It was a Friday/Saturday night, type of thing. Thankfully, Matt was able to get out of a show in OKC, so he went with me. It was really good to see old friends, but I didn't really talk to too many people I don't still keep in contact. However, I rarely see those people either, so it was nice! Overall, it was just really weird... but I'm glad I went! Matt and I went to see Step Brothers after, on Saturday night. I wish they would have kept some of the stuff in the trailer for the movie. Oh well, it was still funny!!
A few photos from the reunion:
Since that weekend, seriously, all I've done is read.
See, Alyssa has this great power over my mind... She used to always get songs stuck in my head, but now it's more like getting me completely obsessed with stuff. There was Harry Potter, of course. For a bit, I was obsessed with Firefly and Nathan Fillion...
Now -- it's Twilight. I'd heard of the books and the movie, but didn't really think much about it. Then I started to pay more attention after she sent me the trailer, and I watched it a few times -- Robert Pattinson, and all. <3
I bought the book and wow. I was hooked. Like, completely. Totally in love with Edward Cullen. I couldn't put the books down, and seriously -- that's ALL I did last weekend. I finished Breaking Dawn Tuesday night, and I'm pretty sad it's over. I can't wait for the movie!!
Speaking of aly-o... she'll be here next weekend!!! <3 <3 <3 <3
Guess that's all I got.
peace out.
