We (James and I, though mostly so far it's just I) have created a community for loyal sidekicks: fidusachates_sk.
Do come and join if you have a thing about sidekicks. The ones we're thinking of are Much from Robin Hood, Ando from Heroes, Gabrielle from Xena and Iolaus from Hercules. But you may have other ideas to put forward.
