I thought it might be a good idea to create a bit of a journal of my idiolect, hence the following. In future, you can find all these posts by looking under the tag 'idiolect' - if you want to! Some might be slightly tongue-in-cheek, of course... Here are the first few entries.
The Prologue: What I say when I've been trying to get to a point but keep getting side-tracked along the way. Refers to the old TV series Up Pompeii, which always began with a prologue that got interrupted.
Moo!: Implies I'm unhappy about something, or sympathising with someone who's unhappy about something. See my cow of comfort icon.
Squuggles: Squeeful huggles.
Huggles: Like hugs, only cuter.
Plot bunny boiler: Someone who, because they resent you following some sort of love tryst gone wrong, decides to sabotage all your story ideas.
