Any clinics or groups that neuter small dogs for lower-than-my-vet fees? (Vet= $150-200!!!!)

Rochester Animal Services has a low cost spay and neuter program, but you have to be low income. http://www.cityofrochester.gov/article.aspx?id=8589936141

I believe Lollypop Farm may also have a similar program.

When I lived in Buffalo, the SPCA had a low-cost program too, every few months. You could check with them, I think I paid about $50-60.

What they said, though what you were quoted is still quite low. My vet usually has pretty low costs, call Fairport Animal Hospital 388-1070. Whose dog is this?
