That's what a town in Montana says. I mentioned to Ron just yesterday that I remember a small town in the upper plains that had build a state of the art prison that was just sitting there empty - and was looking for the prisoners to fill it ( Read more... )

So, unlike Gitmo, the revenge seekers would now seek to do something. They would fight their across the US (or infiltrate via Canada), and then they would do their worst. In Montana? Ho ho ho. They aint fools there.

Let's not forget the state motto:
"Montana, It's Where You're Wanted"

I'm with the residents: Let them come. I mean, if they get out of hand, it's Montana. Just turn off the heat for a while. It will be a significant change from Cuba, no doubt.

PS Although I really think the solution is to send five to each state, and each state sends their five to five different prisons. If they've done their homework, the judicial process could be done simultaneously for all 250, and then they could be sent to various *other* prisons, such that no one is really sure who is where. Security through obscurity - it seems we always fall back on that.
