Pandemic
Let me dispel a thought: this is just a flu. First, the flu is caused by the influenza virus, which is distinctly different than the one causing COVID-19, the illness we are all in lockdown over. The virus that causes COVID-19 is a corona virus, a completely different thing than influenza. The virus that causes COVID-19 is called SARS-CoV-2. Look at that first part: SARS. This isn't the flu. This is a (thankfully) more mild variant of SARS, folks.
Let me say that again. This isn't the flu; it is a variant of SARS.
Please don't panic, but DO take precautions seriously.
Don't horde as that makes things worse for EVERYONE which will make things worse for YOU.
