my new profession should be playing spider solitaire
yeahhh!!! wooo!!! so i worked today and it was uneventful except for the fact our register broke and all hell broke loose!
and yesterday i hung out with vicky (after work which was sooo dead). we're almost done with our new song which is refreshing, to have a new song and to be playing music again. and we watched hedwig and the angry inch, which is an awesome movie! the day before though could not be beat! lorraine, vicky and i went to hampton beach and had a swell time screaming at cold water, dunking vicky underwater (sorry vicky!), scratching obscene things in the sand while singing along to our new theme song "buffalo vagina" (sung along to the tune of bob marley's buffalo soldier!), and ate lots of yummy seafood! and of course we WALKED LIKE THERE WAS NO TOMMOROW. i'm still sore from it. work was so painful and grumpy. i need to do some yoga or something.
i don't know whether its just my soreness or missing dino or what, but i'm really depressed today. i just feel like everyone is doing such awesome things. and i had the two best days of the summer sunday and saturday so i don't know why i feel so desparate. i just don't like my job anymore, serving the same customers the same thing at the same place for 5 years is getting to me. and i'm not a full time person so its not like i'm even really part of the business much anymore. i just can't wait to find an internship for next summer. but i suppose i should stop complaining and use my free time for music while i can.
but! i got an e-mail from dino! its so hard to talk to him with the 13 hour time difference. its also hard to fall asleep knowing he might be online cause it would be the morning/early afternoon there. i feel like i've only talked to him once since leaving though...
