My week, in the middle of my year
Well this week was interesting but I'll post on this later. For now I want to write about my day.
I went to the post and instead of just mailing my package for me, they showed me this neato gizmo thingy that puts the postage out for you, and weighs the package and everything, which is really neat and swell, cause now it means I can go anytime I want to mail a package and not just when they're open. This is important because I send lots of packages to people cause, you know, God loves a generous heart.
Then I went and got a hairschnitt at the Great Clips place accross the street, and she (the lady that did this) was really attentive, and affectionate and we talked about her kids and stuff and she went in and changed all the settings for me in the computer, because Great Clips does this thing where they write down how you liked your haircut the last time so you don't have to go in and explain it everytime you want one. So yeah, she was swell, but she put this weird stuff in my hair and its all stiff now and I don't know how I feel about that yet.
But I got to meet my new roommate Malcolm. He's French, from one of my favourite cities in France and he seems really neat, and I may have a chance to work no my French with him because he's really not very good with English right now so he'll have to either learn English better or I'll have to learn French better.
Now I must read for class Monday and Tuesday so I don't have do it on Sunday, when I'm mostly doing other things.
So anyways this is my day, which isn't much to speak of so far, but alas, its only just shapping up so far so good....
