Fresh mozzarella is the biggest seller in the cheese deptartment, which means we're constantly packaging it (96 packages at a time, often twice a day).

So my dream:

I was giving the packages of mozzarella a blood transfusion.

I knew I'd be dreaming about cheese soon enough.

I went to give platelets for the first time today--a prick to the finger later, everything looked great: red blood cells were at 44% and iron was optimal--but my blood pressure was too low: 84/60. It's usually low, but I guess I was dehydrated. They said come back tomorrow. I did get a keychain and livesavers though ( Read more... )
