Morington Cresent by Belle & Sebastian.
Has a nice Country vibe to it; sounds like it could be a Whiskeytown song, but I'm not sure Stuart's laconic vocals really suit it, would've been better had Ryan Adams sung it.
The Last Trumpeter's Swan, Deerhoof.
Don't think I've heard this one. Seems a bit long for Deerhoof (over eight mins). Err, it's alright, but I'm not patient enough to listen to all eight minutes. Skip to next track....
Who You Funkin' With?, Afrika Bambaataa.
Reacall getting little overexcitied about this album (Planet Rock). Not the strongest song on the album: has a good beat as you'd expect, but lacks a crazy keyboard riff which makes some of the other songs on the album amazing.
Turn It Off, Drive Like Jehu.
I like this one, the ending is a little arsey (sort noodles about for a minute or so) but worth it once it's all built up into a big math rock crescendo. Apparently one of them is now in Rocket From the Crypt: are they still about?
Ripchord, Rilo Kiley.
Bah, I only like the first three songs of that album. Sounds like a shit version of a Bob Dylan's 'Baby Let Me Follow you Down'.
She's Lost Control (Dub Version), Grace Jones.
An instrumental of her dub take of Joy Division's 'She's Lost Control'. The normal cover is amazing, ten times better and more sinister than the original. This however, is a tad wank, as it's eight minutes long with no vocal.

One of my favourites from 69 songs, even tho it doesn't make me laugh.
Pentonville, Babyshambles.
Christ, I'm not ashamed to admit that I like a bit of Babyshambles, but this is fucking shit. They've just picked some random rasta from Portabello Road and got him to sing some ramdomess over a crap tune. Stay of the weed Pete and stick to the crack.
The Carny, Nick Cave.
One my favourite Nick Cave songs. Sounds like a sea shanty sung at the Vaudeville.
