Is there a formua for pound cakes - you know, X amount of fats to Y amount of flour? Is there a good book on pound cake recipes? . I'm tinkering with a pound cake recipe (pineapple) and wonder if more fruit in the batter would cause the cake to fall apart.

After another weird week at work (what's new) and various friends and family with health issues, it's Saturday, yay! And I'm just about baked out. I made what I call the "Cheeto" cake for Dan & Will.
