So then I did new art today anyway.
This one was tough! A friend of mine on eBay in the Scratchboard Artists SBA group challenged me on a challenges thread to go in the kitchen and find lots of shiny objects and do a still life. Well, I did it - and thanks to kkitten42 her new black boat-shaped mortar and pestle for medicinal herbs is in it too! She has three of them. One is for cooking herbs. One is for art pigments. The new one is for medicinal herbs that might need to be kept away from being used in food.
Its real title is ACEO Still Life with Kitchen Objects and it is listed on eBay of course like all my ACEOs.
And MUCH thanks to Kitten and HeraldoftheAbyss for picking up blue cheese for me on the grocery run! It's gone. It's all gone now. It was so good! Ari didn't want to eat any of it this time or I'd have shared a little with him, but he sniffed and walked away. Weird cat. I guess it should've been yogurt.
