New ebay listings

I moved all my ACEOs out of ETSY where I've had no sales, to eBay where I have been selling quite a few. So here are three of the moved ETSY listings, plus a couple of relisted scratchboard cool things you've seen before:

ACEO Raven Stormcrow

ACEO Ravens Knotwork (yes, there are ravens in it, look close between border and center)

ACEO Country Barn

ACEO Nasturtiums

ACEO Strawberries

I also cut out a big piece of sand colored velour board for a portrait commission I'm doing (identity of buyer and subject is a secret), which was the hardest part of doing this commission in itself. I found out that the heavy velour board does not do well with the straight mat cutter! It's very hard to get through. Maybe if I'd turned it upside down and cut it from the non-fuzzy side it would have worked better. But I wound up with a bunch of little ACEO size pieces of Sand colored Hahnemuhle velour board, because the strip on the side was exactly 3 1/2" wide. So naturally I cut it into ACEO size bits.

These will be good for pastel pencils. I think I may try Conte crayons on them too, see if I can get enough detail in pastel to do ACEOs on velour board. It becomes something I can do with small pieces of very fancy paper and board, that's another thing I like about doing ACEOs. But after cutting board, my back is definitely screaming at me to stop and rest, so I sat around scanning and posting and marketing instead of doing new art yet.

My pet geraniums are both in bloom again. My cat is getting rowdy and mischievous, going for the cellophane wrappers on some of my ACEO supplies. I stocked up well on mailers, on top loaders and thin sleeves, on everything I need for doing this so far. And I cut up some blanks from my Essdee scratchboard too. I've now got two test bits only 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" so maybe I'll do some really tiny miniature art.
