(no subject)
At last I did another artwork... after all the matting was done and after I rested enough. Pastel pencils on Champagne colored Canson Mi-Tientes, I sketched Ari from life and then created a holiday living room background with a low-hanging wreath and part of a tree showing, where the cat's obviously waiting for a) something to fall off or b) the humans to be far enough away not to stop him jumping and swatting at what's on it. He has that meditative boxy look and I loved the question-mark tail -- that's really why I sketched him and started this thing, his tail gesture.
