Yesterday was a sick day.

Zero wordcount added to my 12,816 from the night before. My back crashed. My chronic fatigue caught up to me after all this activity, and wham, I wound up spending most of the day in bed. I was up at eleven, then napped again at two, then got up at six, was up till nine, didn't accomplish anything, laid around in bed most of that time reading Muriel of Redwall, which is a great series, classic fantasy/animal fable. Reading slowly with the pain making me reread same paragraph over and over, even if the Redwall series is definitely easy reading. Then went back to bed at nine, woke up when it was dark, thought it was still yesterday... and it turned out to be four in the morning. What would have been five without the time change.

The house is quiet, the world is dark, I don't know if I'm going to write yet or not. I'm up though and sitting at the computer, so blogging is a warmup.

So excited about Portrait with Lorikeet and Frangipani too, since it's almost done. Flowers are easy compared to people and birds.
