Mix 1 12-oz can of corned beef with mayo, catalina (or 1000 island) dressing, and some minced onion.
Spread on wheat toast.
Add layer of sauerkraut.
Add slice of American cheese.
Why? Because I'm too damned lazy to go to the store to get rye bread and swiss cheese.
