Ford (and any other auto manufacturers with chips in the keys) are running a scam.

One HUNDRED and five dollars for a car key.
Does this little chip thingie work? Does it keep people from hotwiring the car, or is it just a way for the automakers to make a hundred bucks everytime a legitimate owner loses a key or buys a used vehicle with only one key?
And a remote lock zapper was $79.28. We did not get one. I can manually unlock the car door. Especially since we'll get new zappers when we get an alarm system installed.
