So I am back from vacation and none too happy about the part where I have to go to work tomorrow. I feel like throwing a tantrum and clinging to my bed with my fingernails so I don't have to go in and deal with a week's backlog of total bullshit, especially now that there is no World Cup shenanigans to distract me from how much my job gets on my nerves.
But I will suck it up and go in. But I won't like it! I will instead daydream about Jen, my brother, and I taking over Europe and being rowdy in Germany and Ireland. It will happen someday, dammit.
So I made a Codex Alera fanmix, mostly for bookofdays because a) she got me hooked on this series, and b) she has always held my hand when I send her random text messages going "Eeeee, Tavi and Kitai!" She is totally awesome like that, and I love her dearly, so this fanmix is for her.
Again, individual songs and a zip file for however you want to get your music on. There are more instrumentals in this one because of all the action sequences, but I couldn't resist putting in a whole lot of Flogging Molly and Clint Mansell because I am obsessed with how fantastic they are.
