Decisions part 2
Well, here goes.
Reykjavik, during the summer solstice. I'm very excited for the lack of night time, the very cool music scene, and possibly a multiday horseback tour of the island.
DC is a definite, then maybe Israel.
aside: My advisor keeps hinting that I can ask for money, though I think the offer is pretty generous and well exceeds my expectations for a post doc. Not sure how I approach asking for more, or even how much more to ask for if I feel that way.
Hopefully staying in Rochester through September.
I have made little progress in a dissertation draft in the past month. Bad news. When I get all this data processed for my 3 upcoming papers and write said papers, then I will switch to focus on the draft.
I'm still pretty nervous.
