I am really excited, but it's getting harder and harder to avoid the spoilers. I want to watch the new clips from episode 4x01 (I find video clips even harder to resist than still photographs), but I will wait. *sits on hands*
In recognition of six days 'til the season premiere, here's my wish list of six plot points I'd like to see on-screen in the new season.
6. the Dean / Impala reunion
5. the Dean / Bobby reunion
4. the boys have a case in a town where they once lived and a teacher remembers Sam as a brilliant student and asks what happened to that Sam
3. another appearance by young!Sam and young!Dean
2. an intelligent, capable, tough, and flawed female hunter in the boys' age range, who is not interested in either of the boys, but is not seen as any less feminine for it. (Is this part where I put in my nomination for a guest appearance by Katee Sackhoff?)
1. more characters of color who live. (Henricksen, we hardly knew ye!)
I haven't been reading spoilers, so please, please don't tell me if I can expect any of my wishlist in the new season. I don't mind being pleasantly surprised when the actual episode arrives.
