Stan was out on our patio and was stung by a bee....he looked around and noticed that there's some water damage and wood rot going on in the outdoor lintel above our patio doors. It looks really bad

If anyone had to get stung by a bee, it was better than you getting stung! Glad to 'hear' Stan's okay.

And thank goodness the condo association will pay for your repairs. The up-side to paying their fees!

I'm supposed to carry an Epi-Pen with me for getting stung by bees, but I haven't had one for years.

Well, you'd better get one then, because it seems like bees might be around!

I have no bee sting allergies but still fear any bitey sting-y critter like that. Wasps, especially. They're aggressively vicious.

I hope the condo association gets a move on.
