well thank goodness the condo association has to pick up the tab.
Stan was out on our patio and was stung by a bee....he looked around and noticed that there's some water damage and wood rot going on in the outdoor lintel above our patio doors. It looks really bad.
Before they get down to this building to start painting it, they're going to have to rip that whole lintel out and replace it, prime it and whatever else they have to do before winter threatens us.
At least I hope they fix it before then.
And yeah. Stan's okay. He's not allergic to bees like I am.
