Eric and Kathy
I heard this on the Eric and Kathy show this morning, as to what are the indicators in action that someone, they said wife, but it could probably be either spouse is ready to leave the relationship.
Here was some they said were indications....
1. Plastic surgery, like a nose job.
2. Not spending money on extras...so saving money.
3. Having a separate bank account.
4. Having friends that the spouse doesn't know.
Now personally, nose jobs tend to be about how someone feels about their nose. Nose jobs can be uncomfortable to recover from and I can't imagine anyone doing it for the purpose of having an affair.
Not spending money is just a reflection of these economic times! If this were an indication of leaving a spouse, nearly all of America would probably be single! So I thought that was a silly indicator.
Dear God,....I hope one continues throughout one's life to add new friends to one's life. You know when you join an activity group, you're going to have people one's spouse doesn't initially know. This is normal. And especially if you've joined a group at church or some hobby group that one's spouse isn't interested in. This is not a threat to a marriage. Having friends in common is good. My husband has friends through work that I don't know well. Am I jealous or concerned? No. Should I be? No.
But sometimes there are signs that someone is unhappy in a relationship. What are those signs?
One could be a lack of consideration and inclussion on decisions and decision making.
