I don't know if there is a list on what performers may be there. It's usually a lot of sidewalk tables, food, and people walking around being neighborly. The music shop usually has some folks outside their door playing, and I think they've started to put a band in the parking lot where the farmers market is held.

I've actually gone hiking in the Shenandoah before, but it's not really my thing. The Washington Monument thing is a great idea though.

Acutally, i cant seem to find how to go up the monument at night. It looks like the last tour is at 4:30.

Thursday I'm getting more ink on my arm at the BritishInk tattoo temporary studio on the 12th floor.

On Friday I'm planning to go to see "Craigslist: The Musical" at 7:30.
