Still in the kitchen, Seamus set the paper bag he carried on the table and pulled out two six-packs. Probably, he and Dean would hardly work their way through twelve pints on a Sunday night before work -- at least, it probably wouldn't be advisable -- but what the hell. They could store what they didn't drink. Seamus was glad to be relaxing with his best mate; they didn't get to do so nearly enough, as far as he was concerned.
He left one six-pack on the table and took the other out the back door with him, where Dean was waiting. Seamus dropped down onto a rock near him and handed him a beer before he uncapped his own. "To warm nights," he said, raising his bottle. "Good weekend so far?"
