Neville returned from seeing his parents and swapped his robes for denims and a jumper for his trip to Hogwarts. He decided it was best to get in a bit of revision on Sunday while it was likely to be more quiet than it would be next week. He left a note for Dean and Seamus that he wouldn't be cooking tonight. He liked cooking a big meal on Sunday which gave them a few leftovers for later in the week but if he was at Hogwarts, it would be easier to eat there. He'd make it up to his mates later in the week. He grabbed his bag and set out on foot. Knowing he'd be sitting for a good long time, Neville decided walking to the school made more sense. He could always Apparate if the drizzle started up again.
He was on his way when a door opened a couple of houses down and Pansy walked out. Neville waved and caught her up. "Hey, Pansy. Going my way?" He laughed.
