Harry was bonding with Teddy this morning, which worked out well. Andy had made plans to meet Rita Skeeter for lunch in Diagon Alley, and it probably wouldn't have been much fun for Teddy. She wasn't entirely certain that it would be fun for her, after all. It was an attempt at being social, though, and she probably needed to make some sort of effort. Otherwise, she'd spend all her time working or with Teddy, save for when a certain new friend showed up unannounced to make her steaks and force her outdoors.
She entered the Phoenix Bar and Cafe and scanned the area for Rita's blonde hair. She was early, mostly because she'd taken Teddy to Grimmauld and then done a little shopping around Diagon. She hadn't wanted to be late, so she figured that she could always indulge in a drink while waiting. Perhaps something fruity and frivolous that had a low alcohol content. While she didn't mind alcohol, she certainly moderated her intake when she had Teddy. Her one slip had been New Year's Eve, but he had slept through that night, for once, so it had just resulted in a bad headache and nothing more.
When she failed to see Rita, which didn't mean she wasn't around somewhere, she went to the bar area to wait. She told the bartender to give her something fruity and then kept an eye on the door as she waited.
