RP: A chilly walk

Summary: Alicia takes a walk home and runs into Hannah.

Alicia still had work to do, but she had already been in the classroom for too long today. She gathered up her plans for the next week and the few owls she still had to answer after bundling up, deciding that a cold walk home from the school would be a nice way to clear her head and perhaps stave off the headache that was starting to build.
Fridays were always fun at the school. The students and teachers alike were in better moods, and there was usually an unofficial staff meeting during lunch where the teachers caught up and chatted over the food that Mrs. Darby provided. The staff meeting meant that Alicia didn't just eat a sandwich over her work, though, so she had to stay a bit later to work on it. She didn't mind. Kayle had made her a birthday cake, too, which had been delicious. All in all, it had been a lovely day at work.
She said her goodbyes and left, grinning at the fact that it wasn't the kids that gave her headaches anymore, but the lessons and sometimes the kids' parents. She started on the walk home- it wasn't far, she figured, and she could always Apparate if it got too cold.
