Rita arrived early at the Three Broomsticks for a chat with Rosmerta and so she was there when everyone arrived. She's had a number of yesses, a few nos and a couple of people who hadn't replied - she hoped those would just turn up of their own volition.
It wouldn't be a wild party - was she too old for wild parties, these days? - but it would be a fun way to begin the new year. A year, that, hopefully, would be better than the last.
Rita ordered herself a martini and waited for someone to arrive.
