Somehow, after her morning book clubs, Eloise was assigned to complete book ordering for the afternoon. This meant she got to sit in the management office and pour over adverts for different books, and place orders for things that needed to be repurchased. She was working mainly on the Christmas selection for children, which was surprisingly easy despite her not celebrating Christmas. For good measure, she made sure several titles about Hanukkah were ordered as well; not everyone in the Wizarding world celebrated Christmas, she gathered. Her family didn't, after all.
She had a chance to talk with the owners of the shop about sponsoring Fleur's cultural center, and they were more than happy to request a meeting with her. Eloise knew that the shop had been looking for another way to support the community of Wizards in the area, and this seemed like as good an opportunity as any.
As soon as five o'clock came around, Eloise gathered her things and clocked out for the day. She wasn't ready to go home just yet, so she decided she'd walk around Diagon for a bit to see if anything jumped out at her for her brother's birthday. It was only a week away, and she had put off buying something for long enough.
