Millie had asked Cho if they could meet for lunch today. She needed to talk to someone about tomorrow. Namely, tomorrow night. Namely, what was happening tomorrow night. Namely, WHO she was seeing tomorrow night. Iit was different this time. Deliberate. Not the joking/flirting/tongue-in-cheek business they'd been doing for weeks now. It was a DATE. Millie had never been on a date before. At least not where she knew he was interested in her. And that she could hardly fathom. Her. Hulking Millicent. The butch Slytherin. She looked different on the outside, she knew. Working as hard as she did had forced some weight loss, but she'd never be skinny. Never be delicate or girl. The best she could do was sturdy, or robust. And he seemed to like that. She was worrying herself to pieces about this, and needed to talk to someone who might understand. Cho was seeing Stephen, so she was the logical choice, in Millie's mind.
