i didn't realize that i had to use my excellent writing skills to write a livejournal entry. my bad. i'll try harder in the future to consider EVERY possible meaning of EVERY word i write in here from now on, so as to not make anyone in my "readership" angry.
and yes, the sarcasm implied by that sentence was intentional. in case you were wondering.
by the way, pointing you in the way of the "former" would have made you believe i was bewildered, based on the way you worded the sentence. you prolly meant "latter"... as a grammar nazi, you should probably have caught that mistake. (see, its not fun having people correct you in a not-nice way)

i really am sorry that, for some reason, i managed to upset you enough to where you felt the need to be insulting. but i'll tell you the same thing i tell everyone else: i write in this lj for me. to get thoughts in print and out of my head. if you don't like what you read, then you should stop reading. however, i dont think that you should have been offended at all, as (a) i did not release your name and (b) you were just a generic example of ALL the people who have been doing the same thing. you could easily have substituted "person X" with "person CW" or "person L" or my mom...
