Google Sucks
For some reason, I can't get into my gmail, I can't get into Blogger, but at least YouTube recognizes me -- it sent me a message last night saying "Welcome to YouTube." I've had a YouTube account since before Google bought it. Ditto Blogger.
And customer support? It's to laugh. If you can find a number for any sort of support, you can't get through. If you get through, you're on hold for a couple of hours. There is, supposedly, a link to call online. It's busy.
I left a thoroughly exasperated message at their Chicago office -- which, of course, is closed on Saturday and the robot answering the phones doesn't give you any information on reaching tech support.
