Most of the time, in shojo manga, alot of fans hate the "heroine". XD

I completely agree! I ~think~ fans only like the Zeki of Yume pairing because of the guy! XDDD

I don't think she's physically weak. I think she's mentally weak. XD I think so many western fans hate/don't like her, maybe it's because of the culture difference? It's similar to how many western fans hate Kaname and adore Zero more because Kaname is a "prince-like" character which western fans don't really like while Zero is the "bad boy" image that western fans LOVE. Ah. Sorry for rambling. OTL.

I agree with that assessment. Western fans seem to prefer Zero over Kaname but man, you should see the fan girls on Chinese forums, they are die-hard kaname fans, bordering on fanatics. So I guess, why that same logic, the fan girls like Yuuki.

I despise Yuuki because she's weak too. But at the same time, I don't like how she gets to do what she wants, get in trouble, and gets forgiven every single time because awwww, she's disobedient and that makes her cute. NO, that makes her irresponsible and oblivious to the present situation. She can't get everything her own way and that's just how life works, grow up! *breaths fire through nose* lol, sorry, I really really hate her.

P.S. Just a random question, since you and caffeyne both seem to be zeki fans, and I'm a bit curious. You guys dislike Yuuki, adore Zero and yet you still want Zero to end up with Yuuki. Why is that?

Ohohoho. I thought it would've been obvious that I'm neither a Zeki or Yume fan and I currently adore Kaname more than Zero. But to answer your question, I think fans want X guy to end up with Yuuki because then it would mean that the X guy would be happy. I can't really explain it, but there are many answers to this question.

True. I find her pathetic, annoying, useless etc. If you think about it, she's the main source why the 2 main male characters are suffering like they are now because of her. I would have found this more interesting if the main male characters' worlds didn't center around her. :)

You know, you may have a good point there. And I think that's what fails in twilight too. You have two unbelievably amazing main male characters whose entire universe is centered around one particular seemingly insignificant girl - and frankly, the readers don't see the attraction (at least, I don't anyway). If the whole plot was on something else and the romance was in the side-line (like an epic fantasy novel), then yeah, I'd probably be able to tolerate Yuuki.

And lol, I apologize for my mistake. Yes, that's right, you adore a sadistic evil Kaname. XD Caffeyne and Ariannanorelle seem to be zeki fans though.

Yes. There are practically millions of others like Yuuki, but for some reason whatsoever she was just special. I would have liked Yuuki if she had a more mind of her own and uses it wisely.

Yep! I started liking him more after he got all sadistic (he's practically my only reason for reading VK besides from Zero). XD Hopefully, he'll become more "evil", but I don't think most fans would agree. I'm the small minority that loves UltraMegaSadisctic!Kaname. XD;;
