She definitely should not be getting Jeff drinks, but then Frankiecalled out his problem and shit has been done about it. Abed has on record, that Jeff drinks in class and has a draw full of ice. They all suck.
Does she think that Jeff takes advantage of Annie's need to help? Because that was true in the second ep of season one! I don't think that has ever come up again. If anything, Jeff can't resist helping Annie. What the fuck was that about? It makes no sense. Shocker, right? *eye roll*.
